Authorities are hoping someone can help them identify human remains found in a west suburban forest preserve.

The remains were discovered Tuesday afternoon at the Herrick Lake Forest Preserve in an unincorporated area near Wheaton.

Police say the victim has a very distinct teeth pattern and was missing teeth in the front.

Investigators believe the victim was wearing an extra large grey sweatshirt with a logo on the left front saying "Little Nicky."

Anyone with information should call the DuPage County sheriff's office.
