Ind. census worker charged with rape, burglary

An Indiana man working for the U.S. Census is behind bars and is charged with rape and burglary.

The victim is a 21-year-old physically disabled woman.

Police arrested and charged 39-year-old Daniel Miller of Pekin, Ind.

He allegedly broke into the home at night while the woman was sleeping.

He had visited the home four days earlier to get census information from the family.

Miller has two daughters of his own.

He's being held on $150,000 bond.
