Investigation into carjacking, police-involved shooting

May 14, 2010 (CHICAGO) The chase continued for more than 10 miles down the Ike Thursday night. The driver then got off the expressway.

Chicago police say they caught the suspect on Chicago's West Side at Jackson and Keeler when he was reportedly shot by officers.

A spokesperson for the Chicago Independent Police Review Authority says a suburban officer fired a weapon.

There has been no word on any charges or the suspect's condition.
