It happened just after midnight near Darrow and Lee streets. Police say five men were standing on the street and began arguing. Then someone pulled out a gun. One man was killed, another wounded.
Craig Romon Smith Junior was shot in the head and died at the scene. Another man was hit several times and is now hospitalized.
No charges have been filed as police continue to investigate the shooting.
