They claim the judge mishandled it and they want the start of the trial to be delayed.
They filed a motion in court Tuesday saying the judge made a mistake by dismissing dozens of potential jurors for hardship reasons without consulting attorneys on either side.
The trial is set to begin June 3rd. The questioning of potential jurors has not begun, but Blagojevich's attorneys say up to 400 possible jurors contacted by the court have already been dismissed by the judge.
Blagojevich pleaded not guilty to scheming to sell or trade President Barack Obama's former U.S. Senate seat and other charges.
