Study: Medication errors peak in July

That's because a study in the Journal of General Internal Medicine finds fatal medication errors peak in July.

The possible reason?

Researchers say that's when thousands of doctors in training begin their residencies. The new study suggests the errors may have something to do with this surge of inexperienced doctors.
