The Tech Tailor gives us ideas on graduation and Father's Day gifts.

A recent survey by some retailers said on average people are planning on spending about $89 on a graduation gift this year. So our challenge to Tech Tailor Alex Goldfayn was to find some good ideas under that price, and he did.

Under $89:

1) The WebConnect Jet Laptop Stick: $20 with a 2 year contract -- gets your computer online anywhere, any time, through a cellular network.

2) Smart Phone Apps: From restaurant reviews to summer travel planner (to Uno!) these are perfect for dads, grads and even moms! Free to $10

Over $89:

3) The Garminfone: Released onto the market the very day we're doing our segment! It's the world's first Android phone that's a full-blown talking GPS! $199.

4) The Dell Inspiron Mini 10: 30 million netbooks were sold in 2009 -- tiny laptops that do everything consumers need at crazy low prices. This Dell has a 10-inch screen and weighs under 3 pounds! $199.
