An attorney for Katherine Jackson says Joe Jackson's statements and conduct toward her are outrageous.

A pre-trial hearing was held Monday for Jackson's physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, who is fighting to keep his medical license. Murray is also charged with involuntary manslaughter but maintains that nothing he did should have killed Jackson.
