They are responding to problems around the city including traffic tie-ups caused by downed trees and non-working traffic lights.
"We realize these occurrences are out there, we do have individuals responding... trying to correct all of these occurrences," said Commissioner Bobby Ware, Chicago Dept. of Transportation.
