A Chicago man is accused of taking money for tickets to sporting and entertainment events, but never actually delivering them to the buyers.

Police say Joseph Richko advertised the tickets online. Then he reportedly told the buyers to meet him and deliver a partial payment. Police say Richko told the buyers he would deliver the tickets at a later time-- but never did.

He was arrested Tuesday night. Richko is charged with felony theft. He was also wanted on outstanding warrants out of Will, Lake and DuPage counties.
