Renowned pathologist Michael Baden concluded Savio was murdered. Because her relatives couldn't afford the independent autopsy, Fox News paid Baden to perform the autopsy.
Earlier this year, Baden testified that Fox freelance producer Steph Watts took pictures during the autopsy and helped him move the body. Peterson's defense team also found a telephone number for "Girls Gone Wild" producer Joe Francis in Watts' notes.
Watts is expected to be in court Friday morning. He tells the Chicago Tribune he did not touch the body or videotape the autopsy and that Francis' number was in his notes because he was also working on a story about him.
