Naperville Central High School officials will file a petition with the National Labor Relations Board to get a restraining order forcing non-striking construction workers back on the job at the school.
Picketers were outside the school Friday afternoon.
According to the District 203 superintendent, non-striking workers are choosing not to work on the project while the striking unions are out.
The district hopes to file their request on Tuesday.
