Koon Chun Plum Sauce 1 cup
Fresh red Plums(chopped) 2 cups
Fresh Peeled Ginger(minced) ¼ Cup
Simple Syrup 1 cup
To make the simple syrup put ¾ cup sugar and ¾ cup water into a small pan and heat to dissolve sugar. (should yield about 1 cup) Place all ingredients into a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 30 min. or until fresh plums have cooked down to a smooth texture. Remove from heat and cool.
