Greenwood, 43, was accused of sexually assaulting an underage family member. The case was dropped, according to Michael Levinsohn, an attorney for Greenwood, after Greenwood's relative recanted her story on videotape. She said she made it up because she was upset about being disciplined.
Greenwood relieved of his police powers after the allegations were brought against him. His lawyers are working to get them reinstated.
