ComEd receives poor rankings

ComEd ranks towards the bottom of an annual survey for customer satisfaction. According to J.D. Power and Associates, ComEd is 14th out of 16 among Midwestern utility companies.

Still, that is an improvement. ComEd ranked 15th last year.

The survey found customers believe ComEd is better at offering energy-efficient and conservation programs. J.D. Power says ComEd's biggest challenge is its ability to resolve problems when customers file complaints, either over the phone or online.
