Oshay Wells, 29, and Toya Bradley, 28, were both shot several times late last night. Bradley's body was found near a car in the parking lot on Glenwood Road. Wells' body was found inside a car.
Relatives are hoping a witness will help police find the killer.
"Somebody needs to speak on what happened. My cousin didn't deserve this, he was a nice guy, he didn't hurt nobody," said Paula Howard, victim's cousin.
Police also do not have a motive for the shooting.
