July 31, 2010 (CHICAGO) --A new park designed to please bicycle enthusiasts who prefer a more off-road form of fun was unveiled Saturday. It's called the Garden and it's the city's first free-ride bike park. Freeriding is a type of mountain biking that emphasizes stunts and jumps. It's like a skateboard park only for bicycles. Dirt trails are riddled with turns and jumps that snake through Clark Park on the Northwest Side.
The grounds awere once home to the famous Riverview Amusement Park. Currently, the spot is all about fun on two wheels.
