Study: Pregnant women should watch weight

A new study offers more evidence that women should watch how much weight they gain during pregnancy.

The study found women who gained 50 pounds were twice as likely to have high birth-weight babies than women who gained 20 pounds.

The average weight gain was 30 pounds.

High birth weight can increase a child's risk of becoming obese later in life.
