With the latest national unemployment rate unchanged at 9.5 percent, a protest over joblessness was held in Chicago Friday.

Labor, faith and community leaders rallied near the Board of Trade.

Protesters say Congress needs to act to hold Wall Street accountable for the economic crash. And they called on banks to make more loans to small business so they can create more jobs.
