After 16 years of marriage, Jim (Michael Chiklis, "The Shield," "Fantastic Four") feels disconnected from his workaholic wife, Stephanie (Julie Benz, "Dexter"), and two teenage children, Daphne (Kay Panabaker, "Summerland") and JJ (Jimmy Bennett, "Star Trek").
