The accident happened Wednesday night on the set of the Tranformers 3 movie shoot.
Gabriella Cedillo remains hospitalized after suffering a head injury in the accident which happened along Cline Avenue in East Chicago.
She was working as an extra in the movie shoot.
An Indiana OSHA spokesperson says they are looking into the circumstances that may have led to the accident.
They are also trying to determine if Cedillo was hired by the movie's producers as an independent contractor or as an employee.
