Police: 14-year-old girl missing from Chicago

September 11, 2010 (CHICAGO) The girl reportedly has a heart defect.

According to police, McCants may be wearing a white jacket with gold stripes on the sleeves, a black colored shirt with chains on the sleeves and a gold and black design on the front, blue jeans, and black colored gym shoes with buckles on the front with the letters CG.

She is described as African-American, 5 ft. 3 inches tall, 125 lbs., with brown eyes, black hair, and a medium complexion.

Police say McCants has a small scar under her chin and a mark under her left eye and on her forehead.
