After three day, crews finally stopped a crude oil leak in south suburban Romeoville.Workers found the source of the leak Sunday night. When Chopper7HD flew over the site, it was clear that crews had unearthed a large section of the line.
The EPA says the hole was on the bottom of the pipe. Safety officials reportedly are inspecting it now.
Enbridge energy partners and the EPA say they will work through the night on clean-up efforts and preparations to remove the damaged section of pipe and replace it.
