The company responsible for a pipeline that leaked oil in suburban Romeoville says it could cost up to $60 million to clean it all up.

Enbridge Energy Partners says that estimate does not include any penalties the company could still face.

Federal officials say more than 250,000 gallons of oil have been recovered from the site.

The oil affected a sewage treatment plant, a retention pond and vegetation.
