Two education groups announced a new partnership that some are calling a perfect marriage.

The organization Teach for America will supply 25 teachers and 2 principals to the UNO schools in Chicago.

The United Neighborhood Organization, or UNO, operates nine charter schools in the city.

Teach for America recruits recent college graduates who commit to teaching in urban and rural public schools for two years.

"They bring quality individuals, people that will excel as educators within our schools, and they have a tremendous support system that allows their teachers and our teachers now to excel," said UNO CEO Juan Rangel.

In total, 155 Teach for America teachers have been hired in the Chicago Public School system this year.
