Nunu Sung, 25, pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice charges and accepted the maximum sentence.
As a part of a plea agreement the state dropped child endangerment charges and agreed not to seek termination of Sung's parental rights.
The unclothed infant was found by neighbors last June behind some bushes outside of a garage.
The child has been in the custody of a state-approved foster home.
