Clint Arthur of Five Star Butter www.fivestarbutter.com show us how with his special recipes for making gourmet popcorn. How about Chicago Deep Dish Popcorn, Puerto Vallarta Popcorn or Tuscan Truffled Popcorn? They sound complicated, but Clint says these are simple preparations anyone can put together in less than 4 minutes with just a regular microwave oven and a packet of any microwave popcorn.

GOURMET POPCORN RECIPES FROM 5 STAR BUTTER

"My general philosophy of gourmet eating is that all ingredients are to your personal taste. Add as much or as little as tastes good to you, says Clint Arthur of Five Star Butter. "Always use the very best ingredients you can get. Especially important are Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and Five Star Butter, as these are the base for everything else. Bon Appetite!"

Prepare popcorn according to package directions and dress up the plain popcorn according to Clint's recipes:

CHICAGO DEEP DISH POPCORN

  • Season with fresh cracked sea salt, pepper and Italian spices
  • Add Five Star Butter (or substitute your own butter)
  • Fresh Basil
  • Minced Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • Grated Pepperoni
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • Add the cheese last and microwave for 25 seconds.

TUSCAN TRUFFLED POPCORN:

  • Season with fresh cracked sea salt, pepper, and fresh basil
  • Add Five Star Butter (or substitute real butter)
  • Urbani White Truffle Oil
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese flakes & crumbles
  • Add the cheese last and microwave for 20 seconds

PUERTO VALLARTA POPCORN:

  • Season with fresh cracked sea salt and pepper
  • Add Five Star Butter (or substitute real butter)
  • Add Chili Lime Hot Sauce
