Baldness drug linked to sex problems

The widely used baldness drug Propecia does boost hair growth in men, but a new study finds some may develop sexual problems.

A recent review in the Archives of Dermatology finds 1 in 80-men who take the drug, also called Finasteride, may also experience erectile dysfunction.

However, men with the sexual side effects were not more likely to stop taking the drug.

The study found men Taking finasteride noticed a 30 percent improvement in hair growth after two years.

Researchers advise men to discuss the side effects with their doctors.
