DIRECTIONS
Grill chicken breast till cooked all the way through
Slice into very thin strips
when complete, pour a 1/4 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce and a 1/4 cup of honey and a 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon over the chicken
cover and place the chicken breast to the side.
Next, deep fry your sweet potatoes until they start to float.
Lift them to drain the oil. Plate them & sprinkle w/ salt.
Add a sprinkle of taco cheese, green onions cilantro, and tomatoes
Place chicken strips on the very top in the center
Top w/ sour cream and salsa side by side on top of the chicken
Garnish w/ avocado or guacamole
