ABC7, Dominick's kick off Holiday Food Drive
November 5, 2010 ABC7 and Dominick's food stores have teamed up with the Greater Chicago Food Depository and the Northern Illinois Food Bank to expand our reach to help feed more people. Non-perishable food donations can be made at any Dominick's food store in the Chicago viewing area. The grocery store will then divide the food between both organizations. The campaign's official kickoff was November 5 and continues through January 2. In addition to in-store donations, people can donate money at the checkout.
