Study: Fast food joints market unhealthy meals to kids

Fast food restaurants are aggressively marketing unhealthy meals to children, according to a new study by researchers at Yale.

The researchers found that preschoolers see almost three fast foods ads a day, teens see almost five, and the food being pitched is often full of sugar and saturated fat.

Researchers say only 12 of 3,000 possible kids meal combinations met nutritional guidelines for pre-schoolers.
