Many banners went on the auction block Wednesday at the Daley Center.
Some of those featured included the Chicago Air and Water Show, the Chicago Bulls' 1997-98 NBA championship and Broadway show banners among many others.
The Blackhawks' Stanley Cup championship banners sparked a bidding war. One of those banners ended up selling for $675.
Money raised from the auction will benefit several charities, including one that provides holiday gifts to children.
