Trial set for cop accused in wreck that killed 4

November 19, 2010 (CLAYTON, Mo.) Sunset Hills policewoman Christine Miller has been under house arrest since sustaining head injuries in the March 2009 wreck.

Miller has pleaded not guilty to four manslaughter counts. KMOX-TV reports her trial is to begin Jan. 24.

Investigators say Miller was off duty and driving the wrong way when she collided nearly head-on with another car. Three of the four people killed were graduate students at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.

Police say that three hours after the crash, Miller's blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
