The Judge, Duchamp cocktail recipe

'The Judge'

1 ounce The Dalmore 12 yr. Single Malt Scotch
1 ounce Bulliet Bourbon
3/4 ounce Carpano Antica
1/4 ounce Punt e Mes
1/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
8 drops Fee's Old Fashioned Bitter's
1 dash Angostura Bitter's
Lemon essence
1 luxardo cherry

Build all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir 20 times. Then strain with a julep strainer into a coupe glass and garnish with essential oils of lemon peel (discard), drop one luxardo cherry into glass. Serve.
