Matthew Sable, a Mount Prospect boy who was randomly picked to place the baby in the cradle, said he and his family have a lot for which to be grateful. His younger brother, David, 7, helped with the placement. Last year, David was hospitalized with an auto-immune disease, ulcerative colitis.
"We were in the hospital last Christmas, so this Christmas has extra special meaning for our family to have us all together and to have health back in the house," said Wendy Sable, boy's mother.
David had to have his colon removed, but now is feeling much better.
