Police say Justin T. Paglusch was taken into custody without incident at his workplace in St. Charles. Police say they investigated several reported incidents during July and September of a white man driving a black Ford Focus exposing himself as he drove past women who were jogging or walking on the sidewalk.
Police used Illinois Secretary of State registration records to track down Paglusch. Police say he was then identified in a lineup by the latest victim.
Paglusch was released on $1,000 bond.
