A Comcast spokesperson says they are still investigating the cause of the outage which started Sunday and lasted about five hours.
Customers in northwest Indiana and southwest Michigan were also affected. There was no interruption in Comcast cable or phone service.
The company says anyone still experiencing an e-mail outage should power down their modem and re-start it.
