Campbell was stabbed and shot early Sunday morning outside a sandwich shop in Chicago Heights.
Investigators say it was the result of a dispute earlier at a sports bar in nearby Matteson.
A third person, Barbara Jackson of Park Forest, Is charged with aiding a fugitive.
All three will appear in court Wednesday.
