Tilapia Livornese with sauteed spinach

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 pound tilapia fillets
  • 1 ounce thyme
  • 1/2 cup white wine

Side: Sauteed Spinach

  • Fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
