Ring in 2011 with Rusted Root at the New Year's Eve Rock 'N' Roll Ball
"Three Unique Parties Under One Roof for One Ticket!"

(RELEASE) For a second consecutive year, the Windy City's longest-running New Year's Eve bash has landed at the stylish InterContinental Chicago O'Hare, 5300 N. River Road, Rosemont.

On Friday, December 31 beginning at 8 p.m., revelers at the 14th annual New Year's Eve Rock 'N' Roll Ball will take flight into 2011, enjoying the best deal in the city or suburbs that includes live music from multi-platinum-selling artist Rusted Root, plus a four hour open bar package.

This signature celebration boasts entertainment on three stages headlined by Rusted Root in the Rock Room. Known for their high-energy live performances, Rusted Root is renowned for transforming their shows into unique party experiences. Featured in multiple movie soundtracks with classic hits like "Send Me on My Way," Rusted Root returns to Chicago, one of their biggest fan bases, to ring in the New Year. Also helping kick things off in the Rock Room is folk-rock singer-songwriter, and Chicago's own, Michael McDermott.

Unlike other New Year's Eve parties, the Rock 'N' Roll Ball gives people a variety of different environments to explore and connect with -- creating a truly unforgettable experience. In addition to the Rock Room, the affair claims a 2nd ballroom, dubbed the Party Room, featuring the classic beats of old school Hip-Hop party band Too White Crew, and 80s cover group The Breakfast Club. Last but not least, one of Chicago's hottest DJs, DJ Roland, will convert the Club Room into a dance emporium.

"My number one goal in booking entertainment is to reflect the strengths of the city, culture and people," said Rock 'N' Roll Ball Executive Producer Tom Neubauer of Big Creek Productions. "This event is unique in that it offers three diverse parties under one roof for one ticket. It has something for everybody!"

General admission tickets are only $75, and include an open bar from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., admission into all entertainment areas, open bar and party favors. VIP tickets are $105, and also include private bars, premium beverages and party favors.

Hotel packages are available for $229, which include a deluxe guestroom and two event tickets. VIP packages are also available, and begin at $289. VIP suite upgrades to a luxurious junior suite for $319 or one-bedroom suite for $339 are also available. All VIP packages include two (2) event tickets, preferred seating for all performances, and private VIP premium bars.

Ticket-only purchases are available now directly through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000, www.ticketmaster.com or www.montroseroom.com. The Rock 'N' Roll Ball is sponsored by Lulu B Wine, Yelp Chicago, Absolut Vodka, Monster Energy, Barefoot Bubbly, Bud Light, XRT, Big Creek Productions and Montrose Room.
