Joshua Kemper of Lyons is charged with DUI, resisting arrest and 14 traffic violations.
Riverside police say Kemper blew a red light on Christmas Eve then drove into a Walgreens parking lot in Berwyn.
Once Kemper saw police, they say Kemper kept driving in reverse to escape officers.
One officer was injured after busting through a passenger window with a baton.
