Some popular jogging strollers are being recalled.

Phil & teds USA says some customers had the tips of the fingers cut off while folding and unfolding the strollers.

The danger lies in the hinge mechanism.

The three-wheel strollers have a metal frame, cloth seat and canopy. They were sold at specialty juvenile stores from May 2008 until July 2010.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product and Safety Commission, the sport v2 and classic v1 strollers are being recalled. The strollers have 'SPv2' (sport v2) or 'E3C' (classic v1) printed on the wrist safety strap attached to the stroller handle, the phil & teds USA website said.
