1 lb. brussels sprouts, stems cut off and cut in half
extra virgin olive oil
2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Tbsp. 100% Pure Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 375.
Coat the cut sprouts with olive oil and put in shallow roasting pan.
Roast for 20-30 minutes until they get golden and even a little dark around the edges.
Remove from the oven and set aside.
In a large saute pan over medium heat, pour in the Maple Syrup and then add the bacon.
Stir until the bacon is coated and then add the sprouts.
Stir until the bacon is scattered throughout and let heat a little more.
