Super Bowl Appetizer Idea: Buffalo Sliders

Even though the Bears aren't in the play-offs, Soldier Field's Executive Chef Mark Angeles is still in the game!


15 oz Franks Red Hot Sauce

3.5 oz ketchup

2 oz Unsalted Butter

4 oz mayonnaise

2 lbs Shredded Chicken

Salt/Pepper to taste

2 cups of Panko Bread Crumbs

1/2 cup oil


Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and allow to slightly cool, set aside. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and hot sauce. Add Butter and hot sauce mixture. Roast chicken and set aside to cool. Combine Bread crumbs, oil, salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix chicken and buffalo sauce. Place in Casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 minutes.
