Skip Haynes, 'Snowed on LSD'

February 9, 2011 "It's still my favorite big city (just can't take the winters)," he said. "I was the lead vocalist and composer for the band Aliotta Haynes Jeremiah for 12 years. I wrote almopst all the band's music - including Lake Shore Drive. I went to the Art Institute. I'm a Northsider. I'm a Cubs fan. And I was in the blizzard of 1967 so I totally identified with this storm. I lived on LSD for years and my mother still does (the road, of course). The band may get back together for one more album (kind of like the Blues Brothers)."
