Word has spread that Gene and Jude's Red Dot Stand in River Grove serves the best hot dog in the country.
It won a national contest run by Serious Eats, which is a blog that's won the prestigious James Beard award.
Gene and Jude's has been serving hot dogs since 1946.
The stand will be featured in the March issue of "Every Day with Rachel Ray."
