Michael Foley, a renowned chef and food innovator, shares a heart-healthy, low-sodium recipe that still tastes delicious. Since cardiovascular diseases are our nation's number one top killer, doctors say it is extremely important to live a healthy life and eat a well-balanced diet.

Chef Michael Foley has won numerous awards, including the White House's American Academy of Achievement award, a recipient of a James Beard award, and he was named top American chef by "Food and Wine" Magazine. He is also the owner of multiple Chicago restaurants including "Printer's Row".
