Shayla Baylor was last seen Monday. Her family says she called to say she was on a CTA bus heading to her job at 47th and State. That was the last communication Baylor had with them.
"There is a hole in my heart. We need you home," said Michelle Clayborn, mother.
"We're concerned. We want to know she's safe," said Alexander Clayborn, father.
Baylor attends UIC College Prep. She was wearing khaki uniform pants, a burgundy short-sleeve polo shirt, burgundy long-sleeve pullover sweater with "UIC" on the front, a black hoodie with white letters, and carrying a gray backpack. She is described as 5'0", 110 lbs.
