This year's WingFest takes place on Sunday, February 27.
Each year, around 25 local wing-slinging eateries enter the contest in the following categories: Mild Wings, Hot Wings, BBQ Wings and Exotic Wings.
It's for a good cause, too. WingFest 2011 will raise money for Chicago Neighbors United, a community-based organization that provides educational scholarships to inner-city youth.
