Survey: Gas prices jump up

A new survey finds the average price of regular gasoline in the U.S. has jumped more than five cents per gallon in the last two weeks.

The Lundberg Survey says the average national price of a gallon of regular gas is $3.18 cents.

Billings, Mont., had the lowest average price among cities surveyed at $2.95 a gallon.

San Francisco, Calif., was the highest at $3.54.
